These Psychos have been doing work, work, work, work! Although we have full caseloads and a waitlist that is through the roof, we are making sure we are serving our community with presentations and workshops! In This episode we explore this Q1 season of life and discuss the ups and downs of managing our extremely busy lives and focus on how we are using emotional regulation (a therapeutic technique) to assist us. We discuss our personal journeys, challenges, wins, and cycles of life. Tune in and listen to these psychos and learn how to regulate yourself along with them.
