Good morning, good morning?!
Word for today.
Our topic is knowing God.
Matthew chapter 11:27 " All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him"
This is Jesus He was taking about Himself and His unique relationship between Himself and our heavenly Father.
It is said that the mystery of God is revealed in Christ and the mystery of Jesus Christ is revealed through the church and the mystery of the church; which the body of Christ is revealed through the saints or the believers.
In the Bible the word translated 'know' brings the idea of intimacy. This one we get it from, in Genesis chapter 4:1 the Bible says " now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore a child or bore Cain.." So! Know here is not knowledge of the mind, or brain knowledge it's about revelation; interacting, receiving the seed of God, that is how we are able to know God.
In the book of John chapter 12:24 Jesus speaking about our relationship with Him, He said " Most assuredly , I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone, but if it dies, it produces much grain" Praise the Lord. And Jesus was that ONE grain of wheat and He fell on the ground, meaning He died, He was buried for three days, He remained on the (under) ground or under the soil and He resurrected with us!
Saints we are the much grain. Praise the Lord.
John chapter 17:3 " And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ Whom You have sent" Amen.
We are, brothers and sisters called to do exploits! "For the people that do know their God, shall be strong and do exploits" Exploits here would mean:- to get the full value of usefulness, To draw an illegitimate profit from, a striking act of strength and skill, or to utilize to the maximum the potential of which that one has. Amen.
When we know God we are strong. When we know God we know where we belong. Blessed be the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
May we be those who Constantly receive the flow of God, who receive the life of God through Jesus.
Amen
The blessings of the Lord.
