On this episode of Knowing Me, Knowing You, Trent begins a mini journey into looking at the benefits of working with our dreams when trying to better understand ourselves by first discovering about depth psychology and the role of the unconscious.

Joined by guest depth psychologists, Dr Wendy Balconi and Marc Adams from Creative Depth, Trent finds out about:

  • What depth psychology is,
  • The role and importance of accessing our unconscious, and how we can access it,
  • The different portals that can help us access our unconscious – dream work being one of them,
  • Our ability to communicate with others consciously and unconsciously at the same time,
  • The difference between the ‘personal’ and ‘collective’ unconscious, as well as
  • Whether the “individuation process” can be related to dream work.
