Suffering takes a lot of skill. We learn to suffer . I was trained through childhood abuse and neglect, to fear, to be depressed to fear intimacy and abandonment. I taught myself coping skills that can look like addictions some good some not. Unlearning self hate is key to suffering less. But first we must be honest and transparent with ourself enough to see all our thoughts and emotions before we can adopt new skills. Self love means accepting ourself and asking the hard questions before we can learn the skills to empower. Join me, on a new journey of Self Love.
