In this Episode we had a chance to speak with Efiong, who recently started a web series called "UnWine". During this episode we get a chance to hear how Alcohol ruined some aspects of his life but also how Wine has saved his life.

Efiong speaks on his Nigerian heritage and how it has shaped and molded him into the man he is today. Also how cultural assimilation can change who we are in this world.

Some key thing to take away from this episode is to remove your pride and your ego from the equation. Pride and ego can get in the way of growth and Efiong believes a real mans vulnerability helps him grow and be a better stronger man.

One big take away from this episode is that, you should be solution based when faced with a problem. Don't think "what if it doesn't work out" instead think if you find a solution it will work out.
