Change My Mind — Reformation Sunday 🔨
508 years ago, a monk stood before the powers of his age and said, “My conscience is captive to the Word of God.”
This Sunday, we return to the same question: will we let God’s Word change our minds?

Jesus cries out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink.” The water He gives doesn’t just satisfy—it overflows. The Spirit within us turns thirsty people into living witnesses.
Come thirsty. Leave overflowing. 🌊✝️

Many saw Jesus face-to-face—yet missed who He truly was. They debated His origin, questioned His authority, and plotted against Him, all while standing before the Son of God.
The tragedy of sin is not just rejection but blindness: seeing the Light of the world and still choosing darkness.
But Christ’s words cut through confusion: “You know me, and you know where I come from. But I have not come of my own accord. He who sent me is true.”
The question remains for us today: will we recognize Him, or remain blind to the truth?
Jesus still calls us to see, believe, and follow Him—the One sent from the Father.

📖 Back to John’s Gospel
Now we return to our series in the Gospel of John. We’ll be in John 7:1–24, a passage where Jesus confronts the religious leaders and calls His hearers to make judgments that are right.
The sermon is titled “Right Judgment.” Jesus warns us that it’s not enough to judge by appearances—we must discern whether what we do, say, and believe is in line with God’s will. The test is simple yet searching: Are we living for the glory of God, or for ourselves?
Join us as we consider how to cultivate the kind of judgment that honours Christ and helps us live faithfully in a world full of conflicting voices.

Today, we celebrate 2 years of God’s faithfulness in and through our church! 🙌 And for this celebration, we will dive into God’s Amazing Gospel — the foundational stone of everything we do.
Ephesians 2 tells us the truth about our condition: we were dead in trespasses and sins. But then come the two most important words in the Bible—“But God.”
By His rich mercy and immeasurable grace, He made us alive with Christ. Not by our works, but by His gift.
This is the Gospel: we don’t earn life, we receive it. And in Christ, we walk in it. 🕊️
