This Sunday, we continue our celebration of the 507 years since the start of the Protestant Reformation.

Last night, we gathered for an incredible evening of worship and fellowship as we celebrated Reformation Day! We were blessed to be joined by other churches in our city, coming together to worship God and deepen our understanding of the 5 Solas.

Together, we proclaimed Soli Deo Gloria—“Glory to God Alone”—remembering that all we do is for His glory. 🙌🏼

This month, we’re celebrating 507 years since the start of the Protestant Reformation. Over the next two Sundays (Oct 27 & Nov 3), Knox Church will explore key doctrines recovered by this movement.
We’ll be diving into the book of 1 John, starting this Sunday with the theme: “What does it mean to walk in the light?”
One of the Reformation’s mottos was “Post Tenebras Lux”—“After Darkness, Light.” The Reformation was about rediscovering the light of the true Gospel of Jesus!

We tend to seek contentment and satisfaction in many places, but why does satisfaction seem to be so ephemeral and transitory?

The Bible promises eternal satisfaction for those who follow Jesus.

So, why many christians don’t experience this everlasting joy and satisfaction?

This Sunday, we are talking again about the love of God. Many of us know that God so loved the world that he gave us his only Son, but the question we often don’t ask is: Was the Son Jesus given to us as what? What is His role?

Israel was expecting the Messiah to come as a militant and revolutionary king. Many today want a Jesus of their own fashion, and we think that if God loves us, he will give us what we want.

This week, we are dealing with one of the most famous verses in the Bible, John 3:16.

Sometimes, we fail to fully understand this verse because we approach it with pre-conceived ideas about the love of God.

So, today, our goal is to enrich and enlarge your ideas about the love of God.

Also, some people think these verses are the final debunk against Reformed Theology, so we will explore that and understand why this is not the case.

In this text, Jesus speaks to a religious leader and challenges his understanding of the kingdom of God.

To see and enter the kingdom of God, you must be born again. But what EXACTLY means to be born again?
