On today’s show, I was joined by my good friend Yohan Yassin, aka Yo-Yo Gainz. We had a phenomenal chat about how this lifestyle never has a finish date. How this truly is and will always be an unfinished lifestyle. We talked about what It means to be a good coach and some common red flags when looking for a coach, among many other topics.  More about Yohan: I am originally from Malaysia and moved to the US when I was 13 years old.   My wife and I got into this fitness industry in 2018 when we sought out help from a nutritionist/fitness coach. We fell in love with this lifestyle and have been getting deeper into it as time passes.   In October 2018 I competed in my first NPC Men’s Physique show which is when I made my biggest transformation. I fell more in love with fitness and learning about my body and how food fuels it, which is why I decided to become a nutritionist.    Fitness has become my passion and I love helping others achieve their goals.   Summer sale promotion – 50% off your first month with the following coachs: – Logan Adams (https://keynutrition.com/coaches/logan-adams/application/) – Caileen Thomas (https://keynutrition.com/coaches/caileen-thomas/work-with-me/) – Emily Weiss (https://keynutrition.com/coaches/emily-weiss/work-with-me/) – Andy Tramper (https://keynutrition.com/coaches/andy-tramper/)   Podcast Q&A; Submissions – https://keynutrition.com/podcast-qa-submission/   Cured Nutrition Discount code: Brad Order from Cured Nutrition -> https://www.curednutrition.com/?rfsn=6540600.334d76   Discount code: keynutrition for 20% off your first Legion order.
