It also found that 71% of Americans said they do not approve of the president's handling of the cost of living. The results could be a sign of things to come for Republicans with the midterms a little over two months away. Closing arguments will get underway today in Las Vegas in the Tupac murder trial. Duane "Keffe D" Davis is charged with first-degree murder in the 30-year-old death of the rapper. He's not accused of shooting Tupac but of orchestrating the attack back in 1996. He even admitted in his book he was in the vehicle during the drive-by and helped plan it.
