We learned this week that a man intentionally climbed the fence and ran into the path of a jet landing at the Denver airport. Airport officials say there was an alert, but security saw only a herd of deer on their monitor and thought it was nothing. Governor Newsom is set to release his revised state budget proposal later this morning in Sacramento. It's expected to include a $100-million fund to help Eaton and Palisades fire victims rebuild homes by covering loan-loss guarantees and reducing interest rates during construction.
