President Trump has signed a bipartisan legislation to fund much of the Department of Homeland Security, but not its immigration enforcement operations. DHS has been without routine funds since February 14th, and the deal ends the longest agency shutdown in history. Now, lawmakers will draft the actual $70 billion ICE and Border Patrol funding bill.
