KOBOLD has produced another worldwide first: The MAN-SC/LC digital pressure gauge with IO-Link. They are used for the display, switching, and remote transmission of pressure-dependent operating sequences in machines and installations. The pressure is sensed by a ceramic or metal sensor and displayed by the electronics. With the MAN‑LC version, two universally configurable signal outputs are available. Instead of outputs, the optionally available relay board may drive up to two potential-free relays. The values are shown on a five-digit LCD display. The electronics module can be rotated at 90° increments. In the pressure switch design with an integrated relay, the switching point and hysteresis can be set on the membrane keypad. A wide range of process connections are available. The gauge housing can be axially rotated as desired, after loosening the counter nut. Common application areas include: mechanical engineering, plant construction, pumps and compressors, hydraulics and pneumatics, process industry, and load capacity measurement. The KOBOLD REG automatic flow regulating valve, also known as a balance valve, automatically regulates the flow within a system. Regardless of pressure fluctuations, the valve keeps the flow permanently constant. Since this state can be maintained within a wide range of pressures, the REG is ideally suited for use in networks supplying several users. It has no manually operated parts and requires no maintenance once it has been installed. The REG is self-actuating and requires no additional energy source to operate, so there are no electrical or pneumatic control lines. The KOBOLD MIM magmeter operates on the electromagnetic, or magnetic inductive principle. It offers a rugged stainless steel construction and both flow and temperature measurement. It delivers batching (with a grand and resettable totalizer), switching, and transmitting function and can also be used for bidirectional flow measurement. It offers two configurable outputs (pulse, frequency, alarm, and analog outputs). It is available in a remote version for high temperature applications. It has a high accuracy and comes with IO-Link. Optimal flow measurement of dry and wet gases by application of the oscillation principle, also in low pressure ranges. These ATEX and IECEx certified devices are designed to meet the demands of harsh industrial environments. They can be applied for numerous gases (e.g. compressed air, biogas, digester gas, propane, hydrogen, natural gas and other mixed gases). The oscillation system has no moving parts, is therefore almost maintenance-free. Basic work such as cleaning and sensor replacement can be carried out by the operator on site.
