In this episode I start by reacting to what I saw in week 3 of the NFL with 2 main takeaways from teams who did not have a good weekend.  First I talk about how I think it is time to move on from Zach Wilson in New York.  Then I look at what is wrong in Denver and it is more than just the vanilla play of Russell Wilson.  Then I react to week 4 in College Football, by starting out talking about how Washington maybe the best team in the country and how Michael Penix should be the top heisman contender right now.  Next I react to another loss in prime time for Notre Dame and talk about if there is a path for them to the College Football Playoff.  Finally I end the show with my top NFL and College Football picks for this weekend.

In this Episode I am joined by my great friend and former colleague Justin Jorquez to talk all things NBA.  We start by looking back at the regular season and talk about some of the biggest storylines that happened during the regular season.  After that we dive into the playoffs looking at all the different matchups and ultimately predict who we think will win both conferences and who will be the 2023 NBA champion.
