We are the first to admit that more often than not we are Passengers on the mental health struggle bus. We are no strangers to anxiety, OCD and depression. Throw a pandemic into the mix and our heads are spinning. In a time when most of us can’t access our outlets from these emotional triggers we found this weeks topic only fitting. Today we’re talking with Kodie’s Husband, Dwight, to #spillthekofe on being a service member with little (or big) kiddos at home. We’re touching on so many different things that come with being a parent of a military child, things like deployments & homecomings, and all the life saving milso mom tips we’ve learned along all days apart.
