May is mental health awareness month

and we are kicking this off with the importance of how much someone NEEDS you, even when it doesn’t feel

like it. Because sometimes reassurance is necessary, especially when it comes to “I’m glad you’re here”.

There’s a lot that comes with

parenting, a child, especially a military one. As they

get older, the transition of this life gets a little bit

harder each time. So today we #spillthekofe on how

we help our school-aged children military through the

elementary blues and the process of new school.

It should be no surprise to you that the cost of living, specifically grocery shopping, is crazy high. We couldn’t help but think about the financial insecurities some of the families in our community may be facing, especially when it comes down to the lower enlisted.
