Samui Plus, Thailand's latest opening to vaccinated tourists along with Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao was launched this week. I'll discuss that opening along with Phuket's "Sandbox" and I'll have an update on daily life during the current lockdown in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
