In the past few years, many of us have experienced a season that required us to shift from how we were living. To step back from the noise, the performance, the conditioned version of what life is supposed to look like, and to feel what's underneath all of it. That season is real and it's necessary.
Here's what it taught Nicole. Everything showing up in her reality, the things she was judging, the things she was fearing, the patterns she kept trying to call something different, was always her, pushed out. The reality around you is a mirror. And what's showing up in it is not what you're trying to call in. It's your dominant identity, what you actually believe at the deepest level, made visible.
That is the realization that changes everything. Because if you are the matrix, if you are the 3D, then the work is not to escape it or fight it or fear it. The work is to go neutral, observe what's reflecting back, and shift the identity the reality is responding to. You are whole and complete. You are consciousness choosing a human experience. And once you know that, the world showing up around you stops being something happening to you and becomes something you're creating. All of it. Always.
