  • In Our Growth Era, Stephanie (7) and Hanur (3)

This week, I sit down with Stephanie and Hanur Kim as they get real about what their relationship looked like as they navigated through rough seasons together. This episode definitely ranks top 3 in my book because not only did I get to dive deep with one of my BEST friends and laugh throughout the entire sitting, but I also got to hear raw reflections about Hanur's journey through therapy and breaking cycles of toxic masculinity in our culture, the reality of Steph's own acceptance that she was not doing okay, and how by putting in the hard work and forming a true partnership, the two sit across from me today with smiles beaming across their faces because they are in the healthiest era of their lives as individuals and as a couple!

The two currently reside in Seattle, Washington, but I'm just waiting for when they move back to Dallas ;)

  • Enneagram Paths: Type 2, 4, and 9
It's been a hot minute on the pod, but I'm back and excited to dive deep into another layer of the Enneagram, the Paths! In this episode, I briefly explain the stress and growth paths that each Type goes toward and what some of the healthy, average, or unhealthy characteristic traits of different Enneagram Types they might reflect to alert this path. Then, I get to sit down with my husband, Matt Koller (Enneagram 9), and my brother, Alex Chi (Enneagram 4), to spontaneously pull from different seasons of our lives when we might have portrayed these various traits. Tune in for a safe space of reflection, and we encourage you to do the same at home with your loved ones or in your journal!

  • Pink Lie: Cast Enneagrams

Have you guys watched Pink Lie on Hulu? Don't sleep on this Korean reality dating show that had us INVESTED all the way through. The twist is that the singles come in with fake names and one lie about themselves. They hope to find a partner who truly sees them for who they are as their true identities are revealed along the way. This show was so good and so personal that I found myself typing the cast members. Watching this next to my brother and good friend, Becky, who is also well-versed in the Enneagram, I thought it would be fun to type each cast member. And then naturally, it turned into a podcast episode! If you haven't watched Pink Lie yet, GO WATCH NOW! And then come back and listen to our fun episode where two Enneagram Type 2s do what they do best and type others. :D

Becky Lee is a mental health counselor who specializes in working with women, adolescents, couples, children, and families and has also worked in various settings as a counselor ranging from within the church to a private practice. She helps individuals find healing from trauma, relational conflict, anxiety, communication issues, anger, and depression, among other therapeutic issues. Becky received her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. Happy International Women's Day! This week I sit down with Doris Jeong as she reflects on her journey with dwarfism. Throwback to the old school days when information was barely out there to now where we can consume in abundance, Doris shares what it looked like to grow up as a Korean American navigating various identities in her life. • Forever Starts With Effort, Sorah (6) and Kevin (2)

What a Valentine's Day treat we have today! I got to chat with Kevin and Sorah Kong on the podcast this week, and did I learn a thing or few. Kevin and Sorah are Dallas natives that started dating in high school and grew their relationship into marriage with two beautiful girls. Together since 2006, it wasn't the rainbows that brought them to where they are today but rather how they responded in the stormiest of seasons. Listen in as they reflect on their "immature" days, their lonely days, the days that brought them closer than ever, and how they stay on top of communication in order to make the best team possible.

Take some time to reflect with your loved ones and celebrate the times, both good and hard, that helped you make it this far together! Happy Valetine's, Galentine's, Love Day <3 Eunjoy~
