Documentation varies between setting, population, state, software, and company preferences.  There's no real recipe to perfect documentation, but we offer our tips and tricks to help OT/OTAs with beefing up their documentation.  So, sit back, grab some Kombucha and relax as we discuss documentation in this week's episode.
