What Does Luxembourg Think About Prison? In Episode 8 of Kontrovers, we take our microphone to the streets to find out what people in Luxembourg really think about prison and punishment. We collected a wide range of opinions in Wemperhardt, Luxembourg City and Esch-sur-Alzette. What should prison primarily achieve: punishment, protection of society, or rehabilitation?
