Bullying Prevention and Awareness month is in October. I  recently confronted my childhood bully, who  bullied me for over 10 years.   She thought that she could still bully me even as an adult. She was in for a rude awakening, I left her in shock.   Bullying can also be- passive-aggressive and covert bullying :include negative gossip, negative joking at someone’s expense, sarcasm, condescending eye contact, facial expression or gestures, mimicking to ridicule, deliberately causing embarrassment and insecurity, the invisible treatment, social exclusion, professional isolation, and deliberately sabotaging someone’s well-being, happiness, and success.
