We are well into the new year, but here's a little contemplative musing; when was the last time you've just not do anything, and essentially just "existed"?
In this episode, Jason talks about some revelations he's had about mindfulness, and how it has led him to better understand himself, and Adam reflects on how our modern technologies are designed to do the exact opposite.
It's a bit of a call back to one of our earlier episode on slowing down, just, with a little Zen twist to it.
