In episode 41 , I had an Interview with Alana Castaneda . this is the place she trained at here in San Antonio TX. We talked to her instructors and took a tour of the facility and try out a class. Nothing but respect for the gym and the instructors .. love the place and highly recommend it. Keep in Mind that KravMaga is strictly a selfdefense art not a sport , that's what ATTACK THE ATTACK 360 is all about. please enjoy..
