In our inaugural episode we talk to environmental entrepreneur Kresse Wesling MBE (featured in Be More Pirate). Kresse is pure pirate: she has a zero tolerance for waste of any kind, and is ambitious and unapologetic about it.

We discuss her incredible story that began with rescuing decommissioned firehoses from landfill sites, turning them into handbags, and going on to found her company Elvis and Kresse. But more importantly, we get a rare insight into her mindset, the moments that propelled her away from a conventional path and into a pirate's life, and why her 'why' keeps strengthening year on year.
