Today the Supreme Court unanimously decided in favor of Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia.  Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in his opinion that the City of Philadelphia’s refusal to make an exception for Catholic Social Services is a violation of the first amendment.  Montse Alvarado, host of EWTN News In Depth and the Vice President and Executive Director for Beckett, the firm behind the case, joins guest host Dr. Greg Popcak.

Last week, Gallup released the results of their annual poll on sanctity of life issues. Unsurprisingly, a number of media outlets are aggressively spinning the results to argue that there has been an increase in public sentiment in favor of legal abortion. In particular, the fact that a record high 47 percent of Americans view abortion "morally acceptable" received a great deal of attention from the mainstream media.  Michael New joins guest host Jerry Usher to discuss if this is actually the case.
