Once you face that, in your own life, you can enjoy your life free from the weight of your limiting mind. You can't see the limitation, but the conflict is evident. The symptom is depression, loneliness, anxiety, etc., ; which is all rooted in the ego. Seeing this conflict allows you to have insight into your very own life.
