Automatic Negative thoughts(ANT) can be managed.

Scientist say that our inner voices are as a result of our brain activities and that we have an average of 15,000 to 20,000 thoughts daily. Most of which are negative. As teens and young adutls, do we experience inner voices and how should we handle it, especially the ones that say " your parents don't love you", "you are ugly" and "nobody wants to be around you"?

After your parents must have gone through the hurdle of buying you a laptop and providing internet, you have the responsibility to ensure you follow certain minimum online safety procedures in your actions.

If our friends are like an elevator that either take us up or bring us down, then choosing our friends is serious business.

As you go about working your plans for 2021, are you walking with the right company that can aid your pursuit or vice versa?
