Kristen Lowry serves as International Orphan Care Consultant for Send Relief, where she advises Southern Baptist missionaries, churches, and partners on best-practice care for orphans and vulnerable children based on biblical principles and emerging research in the field. She also serves as Co-Executive Director of Shelter Yetu in Naivasha, Kenya, where she and her team have helped more than 600 street-connected children find healing and hope as they are reintegrated with safe, loving families. She lives outside of Nairobi, Kenya with her husband, Daniel, and their four children.
