We sit down with Kristi and Patrick O'Connell and reminisce about everything that has happened this year.  We start by talking about the explosion of their YouTube Channel, because of how honest they are with their followers, and all the tricks and tips to stay fit during COVID.  We talk about the Rogue Invitational, Phase 1 of the CrossFit Games, The HOA Team Competition, then being invited to test the Games weekend by Dave Castro and finally competing in a Spartan Race.  We also talk about the training partners that they now work with occasionally and deep rooted friendships they have formed in the sport and continue to grow them.  This was the perfect interview for our 1 year anniversary as Krisit and Patrick are true friends of the show and gave us a shot by coming on early on with us when nobody knew who we were.

In a new series we are getting an elite coaches perspective on different facets of the CrossFit Season.  Triston Patrick is the Head Coach with Ascend Athlete, Most famous for coaching Kelly Baker to the 2023 CrossFit Games but took Several Athletes to the 2023 Semifinals and a team.  This year he has even more athletes on the roster and is hoping to take a handful on to the 2024 CrossFit Games.
