Kristian is currently building the talent function at Rooser, a global network transforming how fish moves through the seafood chain. 

Kristian is a start-up and scale-up recruiting expert, having previously built teams at fast-growing companies like Deliveroo, Stack Overflow, and World Remit, to name a few.

Outside of his day-to-day work, Kristian also co-founded Higher, a community for recruiters and HR professionals that's now 11K+ strong.
