I had so much fun doing this as Kristian was well oiled before we hit record (which he didn't realize). Kristian is one of the most genuine and helpful guys I've had the pleasure of speaking to. Much respect to these guys as the amount of pressure to get things more than perfect is through the roof. In this chat, Kristian opens up and we discuss the highs and lows of running a successful business ( including losing control of it), surrounding yourself with the right people, and finding that elusive work-life balance.
