Kiristina had a close friend suffer for years from a domestic violent situation. She wrote this book to empower, support and inspire people to change their lives. We have all been horrified by what we just keep seeing on the news , Hannah Clarke and her three beautiful children murdered last year and now Kelly Wilkinson murdered in a similar way leaving three children without their beautiful Mum. Both these women did everything they could to protect themselves and their children. The protection laws have to change. I dedicate this episode to everyone that has been a victim of Domestic Violence and Abuse.
