Those in charge of the overall FIFA World Cup have enjoyed a relatively smooth process when working with the local organizers in Dallas. That has not been the case though in other host cities.

The annual Dallas St. Patrick's Parade and Festival gets underway on Saturday celebrating its 45th anniversary. This is Mauricio Navarro's first year to be Executive Producer. He says they are expecting about 100,000 people out for the parade at 11:00am which runs along Greenville Avenue. This year's Honorary Grand Marshal is Dallas County Judge Clay Lewis Jenkins.

Dallas' Reunion Tower is offering a number of activities over Spring Break for out-of-towners and locals staying in town. They are starting off next week with an arts event where visitors can create clay replicas of the tower itself or other downtown Dallas skyscrapers.
