Have you ever felt the pull to go to church, but became resistant when you considered the entirety of the circumstances?  Have you ever questioned being welcome in the Lord's house?  Do you wonder why young people are wrestling with trust in the church in today's climate?  I have engaged in a number of conversations over the course of my years as an evolving adult who experienced the traditional nature of the church as well as the experience in the modern environment, and set out to learn why there is a disconnect in the  current state of the church over the generations.  As a young woman who came from a rural deep southern Baptist Church in Watonga, Oklahoma I begun to observe the disconnect between the church and modern day culture, but also knew that fostering authentic conversations would be a great first step in the direction of transformation.  Come with me and my phenomenal special guests Bishop Marc D. Welcome, welcome,

Let's kick off my very first episode with a deep dive into our minds! We must first ensure that our minds are healthy and well in order to process all that we need it to, so we must gain a better understanding of the thoughts that we house there.  Come with me as we explore the important questions to ask yourself, the concept of liberated thoughts, and how our minds work through wellness with other important components of the body like the heart, and the soul/spirit.  If we set our minds on goodness, goodness will be awarded unto us.  Enjoy some tips that I use in order to declutter these spaces, and keep my pursuit pure.  Let me know your thoughts!
