Cecilia Steyn was the leader of a South African cult called Electus Per Deus. She claimed to be a 42nd generational witch, a werewolf, and Satan’s ex-wife. She manipulated and brainwashed people into committing murders, claimed she needed protection from Satanic curses, and conned money out of her followers. It’s one of the most bizarre cases in South African history.
