These are words stand true for virtually all athletes when we look at the process of development. You can not keep doing the same thing and hope to progress and develop to new levels of performance.

This week, we talk with player agent Manny Schmidt of Link Management International about their process for developing not just athletes and players but well rounded individuals.

Also, we look at one of the world’s leading sporting organizations, Hockey Canada.
