What do we hold on to? How much of it is useful? If any. Why do we do it and how often do we carry useless weight?

Babysat some kids and saw nothing but mini adults......

Yeah, have no real topic in mind, just rambling.

Reaching a new point in our journey we often fall back on our selves, only because we're too afraid to deal with the unfamiliar. So we revert back to our comforts, even if they're detrimental to us.

We all crave attention, need it. Sometimes, just listening is enough to help each other out.

What do we actually are when we recall something good, or traumatic.... Are we really seeing the full picture or just what justifies what we feel?.....
