KT회장， 또 다시 정치 표적 되다

The allegations about his mismanagement aside， the biggest strike against Lee is that he started his term under former president Lee Myung-bak. “We thought the chairman would be able to carry out his term， but it looks like we were mistaken since the plot for ousting Lee seems to be thickening，” said one source close to KT who was unable to mask his disappointment over how Lee had become an apparent political target.

그의 부실경영에 대한 혐의는 제쳐두고， 이 회장에 대한 큰 약점은 그가 이명박 전 대통령 하에서 임기를 시작했다는 것이다. KT에 정통한 한 소식통은 "우리는 이석채 회장이 임기를 수행할 수 있을 것이라고 생각했지만 이 회장을 몰아내려는 음모가 명확해 보이는 이상 우리가 잘못 판단한 것 같다."고 말하면서 이 회장이 어떻게 정치적 표적이 됐는지에 대해서는 실망감을 감출 수 없었다.
