Dr. Leitheiser conducted a psychological evaluation on Guam Police Department Chief of Police nominee Captain Steve Ignacio, deeming him “not fit” to lead GPD from a mental health perspective. In this exclusive interview, Dr. Leitheiser says she “completely stands” by her work. She adds that Ignacio does not “pose an imminent risk to danger to the community.”
