Kuch Bhi Baatein

Aaj ka din thoda rough tha – maine kuch galat decisions liye. Ek point pe laga tha ki shayad content creation ka streak tod du because of these setbacks, but somehow I pushed through and ended up making an entire episode about it. Yeh episode thoda personal hai, so feel free to skip ahead if you want.

Aaj ke episode mein maine thoda jaldi start kar liya – bas aisa laga ki abhi karna chahiye instead of waiting for the 'right time'. I talked about how important it is to actually notice what you're doing and be aware when you're just slacking or avoiding things. Bohot baar hum sochte hain ki Monday se start karenge, ya agle mahine se, lekin honestly, why wait? Target the next moment you can take action.

I also touched on how the things we do now can make our future selves feel more secure – even if it means thoda struggle abhi. It’s all about making life easier down the road by doing the tough stuff today.

I’m so happy that I finally made an episode. I’m genuinely happy, and maybe because of that, the entire episode might not be something you’d love, but I’m not worried about that. That’s another battle for tomorrow.

Aaj maine apni journey pe reflect kiya, baat ki ki main kitna khush hoon, lekin saath hi thoda sceptical bhi hoon iss journey ko lekar. Kuch cheezein abhi bhi figure out kar raha hoon jo pehle bohot mushkil lagti thi, lekin ab thoda effort kam lag raha hai.

I also talked about the book and its 5th Law – maza aaya padh ke, aur Kuch Bhi Baatein kar ke. All of this made me realize that the journey is still ongoing, and there's always more to figure out. So, let's figure things out :)

I'm back – Baar baar wapas aate aate thak gaya hoon, toh iss baar maine decide kiya hai ki jaana hi nahi hai.

Kaafi time se life mein struggle kar raha hoon aur lag raha tha ki bas struggle hi kar raha hoon. Haar baar yeh hota aaya hai ki thode din kuch karke usko tata-bye-bye bol deta hoon, majorly isliye kyunki pehle kuch cheezein life mein figure out karni thi and then probably share them with the world. Lekin ab lag raha hai ki agar figure out karne mein zyada der lag gayi, toh uska kuch fayda nahi hoga.

Phir mujhe ek genius idea aaya: kyu na aisa kiya jaaye ki figure out karein with a new season of Kuch Bhi Baatein on a theme of "figuring things out" – I know, I know bohot hi genius move hai.

Toh aaj ke episode mein bas apne din ke baare mein baat ki hai, apni struggles ke baare mein, aur meri Kuch Bhi Baatein. Milte hain kal agar yeh wala pasand aaya toh.

Each day, I battle with my thoughts and learn more about myself. Today, I wanted to kick start this podcast after ages, just to share my constant war with my thoughts and how I come to an agreement with them.
