If you suspect someone is in danger call 911 or 1-800-677-1116 to report elderly abuse. Stay in touch and let them know they are loved and you are there to help.

Don't always make choices based on how you feel. Become aware of what emotions can impact you. And learn to master them.

Master Kim is the owner of PKSA Karate in Grand Blanc, Michigan, with decades experience on the mat starting with her children, she has been able to help children and their families create a safe haven and place of empowerment. She shares her journey as a mother faced with being told her son should be on medicine because he was too hyper. Instead, Kim took a shift in her lift and signed her son up for lessons. From there his life skills, confidence, focus, and concentration.
