Having been an athlete for 90% of my life, I figured that pregnancy wasn't going to stop me from getting my exercise. In fact, during my first pregnancy, exercise kept me sharp, healthy and sane. Of course, I also brought down the intensity notch by a hugely significant amount so that while I was able to consistently exercise, my baby and I weren't in any sort of danger. There are limitations and I made sure to abide by them. Now on my second pregnancy, I'm just following the same principles of moderation and consistency as the first. 

我90%的人生中都是運動員,也認為不會因為懷孕就使使我停止運動。實際上,在我第一次懷孕期間,運動使我保持了敏銳,健康和良好的精神。我大大降低運動的強度才能夠持續下去,也因此我和寶寶都沒有任何危險。身為孕婦,運動時我都會遵守身體的限制。在第二次懷孕時,我也遵循之前懷孕時的原則,就是適量的強度以及持續運動。
