Se sentir uma pessoa estranha em uma terra estrangeira é o esperado e o que faz da experiência de imigrar algo único. Mas o que não te conta é que com o tempo você sente uma desconexão muito grande com o espaço físico que afeta o seu emocional e saúde mental. Depressão é uma realidade da vida de imigrantes que quase ninguém vai te falar sobre. Eu compus um poema no ônibus em um momento de Desconexão e uma saudade enorme de me localizar. Quando tudo ao seu redor lhe é estranho, você deixa de se reconhecer.
