Their music highlights the fluidity and range of the human condition, redefining the limits of self-expression. With 2026 being the Centennial year of the beginning of Route 66, there have been many celebrations of one kind or another. Amongst these, a documentary long in the making. David Fleming speaks with John Paget, the man behind The Main Street of America. This looks at the people and places along the way, capturing stories and feelings. Mel Brooks' Young Frankenstein hit the theatres in 1974 and became an instant classic! David Fleming speaks with Paul Brett, author of “Finding Fretless – The Story of George Harrison’s Mad Guitar." That guitar originated in Riverside, and the book is FILLED with Inland Empire people and locations. And quite a surprise as well, what with the number of guitars of name which came from Riverside. Some of the people who ended up WITH these guitars…there’s really a lot here.

Jazz guitarist Ron Eschete plays in a way in which you can feel, and often grabs you at an emotional level. He was a adjunct professor at UC Fullerton and UC Long Beach, and gigged professionally in the region for decades. Ron Eschete passed away suddenly in May of 2026.
