Kwame Agyemang: How to Start the Conversation Society Needs to Hear

The Secrets to Winning Podcast is not always about winning on the field. Sometimes, it's about winning the issues going on in the world. There is a lot of tension in this world right now, and we have a very, very important discussion about race in the United States and how that relates to police brutality, justice, and individual differences. I didn't want to be one of those individuals that got up and "virtue-signaled" or said how it needed to be because I don't know. But I am a guy who wants to hear from people who invest their time, put their butts on the line, and form opinions that we should all listen to. Today's guest - Kwame Agyemang - is one of those individuals that I've come to really, really respect because of his thoughtfulness and his insight. And, most importantly, because he wants to have a discussion. He understands the sports world. He understands topics of race, managing social change, and unifying voices, and also amplifying voices. And he is somebody who I followed on social media for some time. I could not wait to have this conversation about race in the United States and across the world.
