In this episode, let's revisit episode 19 of Mental Game LIVE, where I chatted with former University of Georgia linebacker and current high school head coach Jake Ganus. Jake took over as the head coach at Moody HS in Birmingham, AL, and has had tremendous success by getting his whole program to believe they can win, instead of just hoping to win. It hasn't been easy, but by building a culture of BELIEF, the results are happening quicker than he expected.

We go through what it looks like in performance and in real life, some tools you can utilize when it hits, and also how you can continue to manage it so that you can perform at your best in spite of it!

Anxiety wants you to believe the future is scary and success is unlikely. We talk about having mental flexibility which allows you to be anxious but still find a way to be successful. You must become aware of what is happening and accept that it is out of your control, but then find your stability in the storm, and then push forward.
