Purdy was hog-tied for 40 minutes, and died while in custody of Washoe County jail in 2015. They also discuss Reporter Anjeanette Damon's, Death Behind Bars series where she conducts a year long investigation into the spike of deaths occuring at Washoe County Jail since 2015 and the key players involved.
