Sofia Velyka is a Law Faculty student at National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NUBiP). She is the editor of the main Telegram channel of her University where she posts the latest news and useful information to other students. And she is also the author of various scientific works, poems and stories.

Sofia is a talented dancer in the modern and contemporary styles, with more than 10 years of experience.

Born in Monastyrysche in Cherkasy region, she participated in Erasmus+, in various International Projects, and in University debates.

Her dream is to create a Charity fund that will help the sick, the poor, pets and all those in need.

Tetiana Shelest is an International Relations student at the National University Ostroh Academy. In 2020 and in 2021 Tetiana was one of the organizers of Online Model United Nations at Ostroh Academy.

Currently, she is a Young European Ambassador in Ukraine and actively involved in volunteering in two departments at her university: career guidance and international relations.

Khrystyna Dmytryshyn is a FLEX Alumna '20 and currently a student of Ethics-Politics-Economics at Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) in Lviv.

Khrystyna is a former journalist at POLITclub and a published Poet: she published her first poetry book and presented it in 2020.

Khrystyna also helped Notre-Dame University (in Indiana, the USA) with the research called “Faith and Freedom”. This research is about how the Church influenced the collapse of the USSR and the democratic building of post-Soviet counties.

Khrystyna Ivantsiv is an International Relations Student at the Institute of International Relations (IIR), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU).

She is also a Young European Ambassador and a member of the NGO Foundation of Regional Initiatives.

Alisa Farfaniuk is an International Business student at the Institute of International Relations (IIR), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU).

Alisa spent a year studying French in the French Institute of Ukraine (IFU), and she volunteered in a work camp in Southern France. Currently, she is learning Spanish and has elementary knowledge of Italian.

She established an Ecology club at the Institute of International Relations that successfully operates till this day. And on 23 August 2016, on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine, Alisa received from Mr. Vitali Klitschko himself, the Head of Kyiv City, her passport card at a solemn event dedicated to talented and hard-working Ukrainian youth in order to highlight her scholarly success. Moreover, thanks to her hard work and various achievements, Alisa secured an internship in the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

Alisa has diverse hobbies that include paint by numbers, poetry writing, intellectual gaming, chess, and table games. She holds a category B driver’s license.

Bohdana Cherniak is an International Law Student at the the Institute of International Relations (IIR), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

She is a Member of the Cultural Department, a reporter & editor at the Press Center of IIR, and an editor & writer at the Information department of KNU.

She enjoys reading, she cannot live without writing poetry and prose and really loves embroidery, knitting and drawing as well as theater.

In the future, she wants to put all efforts to make her city Kyiv and country prosperous.

Valeriia Radchenko is a FLEX Alumna ’19, currently studying International Relations and Social Communications at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (KUBG).

For 1 and a half years, she was part of the international organization AIESEC which gave her an opportunity to boost her leadership potential by working in sales and event management.

Daria Synelnikova is a UWC’21 finalist (UWC Costa Rica’23). She likes debating, took part in many competitions and participated in projects organized by the Junior Academy of Science of Ukraine. In addition to this, Dasha coordinated with her classmates at school (as members of the student council) an eco-project where they started sorting garbage and sending it to the recycling station on a regular basis. Moreover, She has volunteering experiences in eco-activism and in helping differently-abled children.

Valerie Onoshko is a student at Cherkasy Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University (ChNU). In 3 years, she will become a teacher of English and German languages.

Valerie is an active person, who likes to participate in different events and projects.

Alika Gugnina is a 16-year-old girl from Odessa. She is a Master of Sports of International Class in Ballroom Dancing, Champion of Ukraine in Ballroom Dancing, an active English and French learner, an ENG-in Program volunteer and a Prize-Winner in more than 15 Student Olympiads in various subjects starting from the District level to the Regional level.

She loves kitesurfing and skiing, piano playing and dancing salsa in her leisure time.
