In Robert Heinlein's novel Starship Troopers, the prolific author presents a utopia in which only combat veterans can vote.  In Paul Verhoeven's film Starship Troopers, the director says Heinlein is under fascist delusion that that idea is anything but terrible.  We're going to see if we can parse out who's correct.
