All the talk of New Years resolutions and all the changes people are going to make used to irritate me more. After all, it is just a year on the calendar. I have a different outlook on this now, however. I believe entrepreneurs in particular, this time of year, are inspired because they are actually thinking like a CEO. Planning their year, and how to lead their companies. Of course this inspiration shouldn’t be reserved for the last few weeks of December. So I had lunch at a Jimmy Johns sandwich shop and was SHOCKED by the messaging on the walls. The company has taken an extremely pro-responsibility stance in a world devoid of anything that resembles an internal locus and independent action.

I begin the show with an interesting situation I heard about locally... It STRONGLY parallels, on a micro level, society as a whole. Despite most people stacking the odds against the producers who put the real effort in, those who have built a life out of putting in more will always find a way.
